Surprises in the Captain's Quarters

- Engineering -

Arianna was working on the engines, sleeping in her office for the past two days. She took the time to work while the Admiral left and the new Captain came aboard. Her uniform was dirty, her hair a mess and she needed a shower as well, so she headed to their quarters to get cleaned.

- Quarters -

Arianna arrived and shed her uniform quickly and stepped into the shower. The shower felt good and she was enjoying the warmth of the water. Getting out and wrapping a towel around her, she walked into the empty living area and replicated herself a Raktijino and sat on the couch staring out the window. The Admiral did get their marriage annulled and Arianna found herself unmarried. This was something that had hurt her to the core and right about now all she had was the memory of her beloved Imzadi.

-Bridge-
Dirk had a busy eventful day, he'd met most of the senior officers and had begun to try to get a feel for the ship and her crew. He was ready for a workout and a shower. He entered his new quarters and was shocked to see a Klingon woman there. "Ma'am, why are you in my quarters?" He asked sternly.

"Excuse me? Your quarters? These are our quarters. My husband and mine. What and who are you,?" Arianna growled.

"I am the Captain of the USS Pennsylvania, and you ma'am are in my quarters. You have 24 hours to vacate this area and find new quarters. If you were on the bridge with the rest of the senior staff you would have known this already. I do expect your full cooperation Commander." Dirk spoke sternly but felt bad for the woman, alot had happened in her life recently.

Pulling the towel tighter, her face changed, "I was in engineering to busy trying to fix my lady back to somewhat herself when all this craziness happened. I did not know I was required to be on the bridge. My place is engineering when not required to be on the bridge", she said coldly. " I'll be out of here in fifteen minutes and try to understand that I take my job seriously now that my life is fouled up again!" she added walking into the bedroom to get dressed.

"I intend to conduct an inspection of your engineering spaces tomorrow, and I expect you to be in uniform and to have a slightly better attitude, " He responded tensely as he turned and exited the Captain's Quarters.

"Pompous ass, if you ask me!" Arianna said to an empty bedroom.
