Frank stood in the ready room in his uniform, he was going to have to call in one big favour from the Major, and though he was a Starship Captain he was a bit nervous.

Naomi was in her quarters catching up on some filing when her Commbadge sounded, she tapped it to make the connection and heard the Captain request her presence =/\= On my way Captain, Griffiths out =/\= she said signing off and saving and closing down her terminal. She stood up and collected her tunic and put it on as she left her room and did it up as she headed to the nearest turbo lift.

"CRR" she simply said when the doors had closed, a short ride later she walked out onto the deck that housed the back door to the CRR, she straightened out her uniform then pressed the buzzer.

"Enter Major," Frank waited a moment for the Major to walk in. "I have a huge favour to ask of you ma'am, I have decided to marry the CEO. I've already approved it with admiralty and assured them, that there would be no conflict of interest. I'd like you to perform the marriage ceremony for us."

As she walked in hands behind her back and was shocked by his announcement "well that will be new a First Officer doing something the Captain normally does, but then again, it would be weird *giggles* to wed your self, I will be honoured to do it, Captain,, but I know you have assured the Admiralty, but I have to broach the subject and I know I do not need to remind you that as ships Captain, you need to be careful and be mindful of how you behave around your new wife-to-be, the Admiralty may be reassured but I just hope you know what you are getting yourself into!" she said. "This Ceremony, you want it private or with the rest of the crew involved?" She asked.

"It will just be us, Major, Lieutenant Commander Sky should be along any moment now. I do appreciate your concerns Major and I would expect nothing less of you. If I ever misstep I do expect you to hold me accountable," Frank said sincerely.

Arianna was scared, nervous, and happy all at the same time as she arrived at the Ready Room. Hitting the door chime she waited to be admitted.

*smiling evilly* "of that Captain, you can be assured," she said in a deadpan tone.

"Enter Commander," Griffith's said.

Once admitted she walked up to Frank and took his hand, "Major, I suppose Frank told you?", Arianna asked.

Looking at Sky "yes he did, a little surprised, I just hope you both know what you are getting yourselves into with this?" she asked Sky.

"Yes, captain we do. It has been a long time coming. It started back on our last posting and has kept us alive in all we do," Arianna said chuckling. Her stomach was full of butterflies that just would not stop flitting around.

*smiling* "Okay we will need at least two witnesses, you have any two in mind? One for the Groom, the other Maid of Honour" Griffiths said.

“I will ask my Chief of Operations, I think he will enjoy being part of another earth ceremony,” he said sarcastically before continuing, “I think I’ll ask the Doc though, he’s a good guy.”

Looking at Frank, "Well my love I know who I want for the Maid of Honor! Yarinna will be my Maid of Honor," Arianna said quickly.

“Sounds good, shall we meet here tomorrow evening at 1900? I’d like to keep this quiet until the feast, Frank asked.

"Frank, who will be your best man? You haven't said who yet!", Arianna said.

Frank laughed gently, “I’ve decided to ask the Doc to be my best man.”

"Good choice darling," Arianna whispered.

“Major Griffiths, does tomorrow evening work for you?”

*smiling to hide her surprise at the suddenness of it all* "will not be a problem for me, will brush up on my ship marriage protocols for a ship Commander tonight" Griffith's said "IT is a bit quick though Sir if you do not mind me saying!" she added.

"It is quick Number One, but as you can see I'm not a spring chicken, and I'm not getting any younger," the Captain teased.

*smiling* "I did not want to say anything, Sir, *makes a face* but I cannot disagree with you," Griffiths said smiling "I will brush up on the basic protocol, but I must mention something if I do it as XO the union will not be legal, you would have to make me CO for at least an hour so the union will officially be recognized by the Federation, outside of the Captain or an Admiral doing the ceremony I can think of no other way" Griffiths added.

"We will make it happen tomorrow morning before the Feast if that is ok with the Bride. I'd like it to be official Major."

"That is fine by my darling. I would like nothing better. Weddings done early in the morning is very acceptable", Arianna said sweetly smiling.

*Deer Caught in Headlights Moment* "I will get to studying then as it will happen in the morning" Naomi said in fear, this was something that she had never done before.

"Thank you Major," Frank said before turning his focus solely on Arianna. "My dear after the feast we will have some time to ourselves, to celebrate properly. In the meantime I have some reports to catch up on, the Admirals have more questions about the Hirogen incident."

Kissing him gently, " Yes my dear, I have reports in engineering that need my approval. I will see you laters. Thank you Major Griffiths", Arianna said and left quickly.

Seeing the couple at it, Griffiths tactically removed herself from the CRR and headed straight back to her quarters to study her role, she was feeling a little nervous but, it was a request from the Captain.
