requesting a list

Location: Security Office- USS Pennsylvania

After his physical had been completed, Simon had followed the signs to the Security office where he knew he might find the Security Chief, as he needed a copy of the requisitions list that the Security Chief had submitted to the previous Operations Chief before he left for his next assignment. As Simon rounded the corner and found the yeoman sitting outside the main Office, Simon said, " Hi, I'm Simon Hunter, the Assistant Chief of Operations, I need to speak with the Security chief," as he entered the outer office.

"May I enquire what it is about sir before I disturb him?" asked the young female enlisted officer, as she looked up at Simon from her terminal, She knew that this was something of a problem from the look on the young man's face as she didn't want an angry officer on her case. as she began to understand that things were not good, as she looked up from the PADD she had been reading.

"Its about our missing supplies, I need a list of the Security requisitions list so I can match up with what we have so far," replied Simon looking back at the yeoman, "and trust me the Chief is going to want to know of this," as he knew that the Security chief was not going to be happy with this news.

"Ah," replied the young woman as she pressed the intercom and said, PO Jessica Tomlinson =/\= Sir, I have Ensign Simon Hunter to see you Urgently,=/\= as she wanted this Officer to explain the problem to him.

=/\=Ah, yes send him in.=/\=

"Mr Hunter nice to meet you I am Lt Shri'Rao Sh'veqan. Welcome aboard! Wont you have a seat?" Shri'Rao asked.

Shri'Rao smiled her antennae twitching towards him.

"How can I be of service"? Shri'Rao asked.

"well, First off it is nice to meet you Shri," replied Simon as he continued," If that is alright if I can call you Shri," as he smiled at her as he finished," And secondly we have a major problem with Half of our requisitions missing," as he handed her the PADD that he had brought with him.

"I was unaware we were missing any requisitions, Mr Hunter, What were they for"? Shri'Rao asked.

"What were they for?" asked Simon looking surprised as the Security chief, "They were what you asked to be replaced when you sent in to the former Chief Operations," as he looked back at her and handed her the PADD, "what you see in White is what we got and what is in red is what has gone walkies," he continued as he wasn't happy and nor would she be. He finished, " I will be contacting the Base Security chief, but I need a full list of what is in the armoury and secondary armoury by the end of the day,"

"I can give you a list of that now." Shri'Rao said.

Shri'Rao handed him a PADD with a list of what was in the amories.

"The chief and I completed a full inventory a day after I became Security chief. We accounted for everything." Shri'Rao said.

"But you must have ordered replacement parts for the weapons?" replied Simon looking back at the Security Chief as he knew that the former chief must have sent in a requisitions form to the Pennsylvania former OPs Chief.

"There were no weapons missing, in fact we have fabricated 50 TR-120's." Shri'Rao said.

"I see," replied Simon as he looked back at the Security chief "However; the Captain is not going to be very pleased that we are not fully stocked before we leave dock for the next mission," as he knew that he had to get this sorted before that happened, he finished, "and we have to contact the Base Security chief yet,"

"Let me see your list of whats missing I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it". Shri'Rao said.

"Here you go," replied Simon once more handing over the PADD to the security chief, as this was not good news for him nor the department, for starters where was the Operations chief anyway, rumor had it that he had left the ship from what he had picked up on his journey around the ship.

"I am glad your here we have been without an OPS staff for some time, the former Ops chief departed before I was assigned as Security Chief under very dubious circumstances. It might be a good opportunity for your career. Would you like to inspect the armory yourself, Mr Hunter?' Shri'Rao asked.

"Would you mind," replied Simon as he looked back at the Security chief, He continued," It would give me piece of mind knowing that both armouries are stocked properly and you are not missing anything," as he knew that this was going to be such a big task at hand.

"Not at all Mr hunter, please follow me." Shri'Rao said.

the Andorian security chief got up and escorted Mr hunter to th Armory which was vault like.

"Computer open the Armory Shri'Rao 375beta". Shri'Rao stated.

"Acknowledged" the computer replied opening the vault door.

She escorted Mr Hunter into the vault. Weapons and defensive equipment were all there including the newly built TR-120's.

"Look around all you want", Shri'Rao said; "However if you decide to remove anything you will have to account for it," Shri Rao said.

"Thanks Shri and please call me Simon," he stated looking back at the female officer, as he gave her a smile as he walked over to a rack of weapons with the PADD that he had picked up from her desk that was empty of any data and began to take stock, he finished," I know you already had done this, but with missing inventory I am not taking any chances,"

"Not at all, Ops and Security should have close working relations. Besides if anything is missing I want to know about it." Shr'Rao said.

"well, that list I showed you is what was supposed to have been delivered to this ship," replied Simon, he continued," except we only got half of it and I am trying to find out where the other half went," he looked over at the weapons, he finished "and I am trying to also find out who needs what before we ship out," as this was important thing to do.

"You just got here where did you get that list"? Shri'Rao asked.

"Well, I went to see the quartermaster about my quarters and found her in the Cargo-bay arguing with the shipping agent" replied Simon looking back at the Chief Security, "it was she that gave me the list and hence am now trying to find out who is missing what," he finished speaking.

"The quartermaster has always been on top of things like this. Perhaps the shipping agent is in error". Shri'rao suggested.

"Have you found anything out of the ordinary here, Mr Hunter?" The Security Chief asked.

"No Ma'am".
