Chief Security officers log Startdate 239501.30

Events have been quiet since Major Griffiths left. I have taken this opportunity to inventory the armory and catch up on overdue training for the crew of the Penn. The away team we just had demonstrated the need for improved had to hand combat, so I have taken the liberty of scheduling classes on teh holodeck during our down time. One never knows when we will be called into combat, so I have establshed a series of drills for the crew. Repairs continue as we find new parts and equipment to adapt to repairs. The Delt quadrant is proving to be just as filled with danger and excitement as the alpha and beta quadrants ever were. The problem is we are so far away from a base of operations and a fully stocked repair yard. We are however making due with what we have.
